Ojai Valley Sanitary District

of the District to serve the people of the District by collecting and treating residential and commercial sewage, to make effective use of water resources, and to protect human health and the community environment, all in a competent and cost effective way.

TO DO THIS EFFECTIVELY the District will encourage community understanding and participation, develop professional competence in sanitary system technology and administration, and create an organization of dedicated people who are proud of themselves, their work, and their District.
